If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Czech Arbitration Court. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled by the courts of the Czech Republic as specified under "Governing Law and Jurisdiction."

In such events, primaTime will make reasonable efforts to resume the Services as soon as practicable.
